Turmeric is easily available in stores. I grow it at home. Yes highly recommended for stronger bones, sinus, and skin. I take 1 glass warm water, put 1 inch piece of fresh tumeric from my garden( or put 1/4 tsp of tumeric powder) add lemon and enjoy your detox water!!

  • Half inch grated ginger 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice 
Preparation: 
  1. First Fill mug halfway full with boiling water. Boil the grated ginger with water for 5 minutes, 
  2. then cut off the heat and let it cool for another 5 minutes, stir in the turmeric, and strain the tea into the teacup, add in your lemon juice. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. 
  3. You will also need to consume it once more before you go to sleep. This drink needs to be consumed for at least 2 weeks to see real results. We also recommend that you follow a low-calorie diet while on this drink plus at least 30 minutes of exercise daily for best results. 
  4. We recommend you drink this remedy as soon as you wake up in the morning or at least 1 hour before breakfast.enjoy your drink!Strain, before drinking.
